Keep it simple

We are still slowly crawling forward with iStrongGirl, and should be selling our first products by the Spring. With two jobs, our cycling hobbies, child, and everything else it has taken some time to move along with the LLC, Trademark, and all the other paperwork. We probably could have done a logo and started producing products, but we wanted to do this right. It means more money up front, but if the brand takes off we can worry less about someone stealing our idea.

Our initial products will be some really nice shirts for women and girls. Stay tuned!

Alive & kicking

Exciting news! iStrongGirl is alive and kicking. It looks like we will be starting this company after all, and we are currently working on the paperwork, tax ID numbers, LLC forms, etc! In my year in retail I have learned a lot of things. I have mainly learned that starting a business isn't rocket science, but running a successful business is a lot of work!

In the coming months look for some great products from iStrongGirl!

Welcome to iStrongGirl

Welcome, to the blog and temporary web home for iStrongGirl t-shirts, sweats, and more. iStrongGirl was inspired by our daughter's early forray into speech and her repeated statement of strength and independence, which was "I strong girl". We immediately loved and encouraged this statement and attitude, all along knowing our 2 yr old daughter had no clue about it's deeper meaning.
